Refund Policy

• We will gladly accept any unused, unworn, unwashed product with original tags & packing within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• We charge only 200 RS Shipping when delivering to customers. But if a customer returns an item to our address through any courier we will deduct our shipping according to the actual weight of the items. Only Rs 200 will not be deducted.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
• All returns should be sent to The Sapphire Essence, Shop # 130 131 Madina Center, Factory Area, Faisalabad.
